The Role
As Cluster Front Office Manager, you’re the face – and the force – behind our Front Office operations across both hotels. You’ll inspire, coach, and guide a passionate team that makes every check-in seamless, every question effortless, and every guest experience unforgettable.
You will be:
- Leading by example – visible, approachable, and hands-on in daily operations;
- Driving guest satisfaction and revenue goals by ensuring smooth, efficient, and heartfelt service;
- Creating an empowering environment where your team thrives, grows, and loves what they do;
- Championing collaboration between departments to keep our guests smiling and our hotels shining.
What we are looking for
- A true people manager – someone who motivates, mentors, and develops their team with authenticity and care;
- At least 4 years of Front Office experience, including proven success as an assistant Front Office Manager;
- Confident in all aspects of Front Office and Guest Relations operations;
- Commercially savvy, organized, and a clear communicator with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality;
- A “Yes I Can!” leader who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction.
