At 1300SMILES Dentists Roma you’ll join a welcoming, well-established community practice supported by an experienced Practice Manager, dedicated dental assistants and an on-site Prosthetist/Technician. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to provide a broad range of general and emergency dentistry, high-value treatment, build long-term patient relationships and become a trusted clinician within the local community all while being backed by Australia’s largest dental network.

What You Get

• $180,000 salary + monthly commission structure
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Job Description

• Providing high‑quality general and emergency dentistry including high value treatment
• Opportunities to extend your scope offering full clinical autonomy including orthodontics & implants
• Conducting treatment planning and patient education
• Working collaboratively with clinical and practice teams
• Maintaining clinical records in line with Australian standards
• Continuing professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
• Open to confident ADC graduate or experienced clinician
• Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works
• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
• Ability to work within Australia (support offered with sponsored visa)
