The ExB SPU project “Empowering Constitutional Justice: Strengthening the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s Role in Advancing Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Rule of Law” (hereinafter – the “Project”) envisages to organize international seminar-workshop “Constitutional principles of due legal procedure: challenges and prospects of European integration”.
