Job Summary

Join the Haringey Culture Collective as Executive Coordinator, supporting senior leadership to deliver a bold, community-led London Borough of Culture Haringey 2027 year and help build the systems behind a landmark cultural programme.

Job Description

The Executive Coordinator plays a pivotal role at the heart of the Haringey Culture Collective, supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director as we prepare to deliver London Borough of Culture Haringey 2027. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new organisation and contribute to a bold, community-led year of cultural programming that celebrates Haringey as London’s Rebel Borough.

Working within a fast-paced, high-profile environment, you will provide high-level executive support while also helping to build the systems, structures and workflows that enable a small, ambitious team to thrive. You will act as a trusted point of coordination across leadership, projects and operations, ensuring clear communication, smooth logistics and effective use of time and resources.

This role combines administrative excellence with proactive problem-solving. You will support leadership with diary management, correspondence and Board communications, while also coordinating projects, maintaining digital systems and assisting with organisational set-up. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including artists, community partners, funders, local authority, suppliers and local organisations.

The Executive Coordinator will be highly organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple priorities. You will be motivated by culture, creativity and public impact, and excited by the opportunity to help build a new charity from the ground up while supporting the delivery of a landmark cultural programme for Haringey.
