Food and Beverage Supervisor

Support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services across all outlets and events.
Mentor and supervise teams during busy service periods, including pre-show, interval and post-show.
Deliver welcoming, professional and high-quality visitor experiences at all times.
Run daily team briefings to communicate key operational updates and expectations.
Mentor, support, and develop Food & Beverage Assistants and casual team members.
Respond to operational challenges efficiently, escalating issues where required.
Oversee stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards.
Ensure accurate cash handling and effective use of EPOS systems.
Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, licensing, and Health & Safety requirements.
