Head of Membership (Maternity Cover)

The right person will have experience of growing and delivering high levels of customer service to a professional membership body, with substantial experience of the associated operations.

You will have knowledge of the private dance sector and wider dance landscape.

You will need outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to nurture relationships with colleagues and members remotely as necessary – over phone, video call and via email.

You will be able to collaborate, cooperate and assist with a range of people in different roles and work independently as well as proactively working within a wider team as necessary.

You will share our commitment to keeping children and vulnerable adults safe and to making dance opportunities accessible to all.
