Your mission
As a Head of People, you help shape an inclusive and high performing culture, while aligning employees’ ambitions with organizational goals and our company values. You ensure mental well-being and career growth remain central to the employee experience. You will advise on organizational design in an international scale-up.
This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will define and implement Intigriti’s People strategy, policies, and processes to support business objectives and compliance across multiple regions. You will lead lead a People Team that enables sustainable growth, performance and engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, you influence company-wide people topics and drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
You will lead organizational development initiatives, establish clear role structures and growth paths, and foster a scalable, flexible organization. Additionally, you manage complex employee relations cases, such as disputes, grievances, and redundancies, with fairness and compliance. Your ultimate goal is to build a transparent, high-performing company culture where employees thrive, understand expectations at every stage of the lifecycle, and have equal opportunities for growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the People team. Ensure accountability, collaboration, and alignment with company culture and values.
- Leadership Development and Coaching: Drive the leadership development strategy that strengthens leadership capability at all levels. Support leadership development, and embed leadership behaviours aligned with company values and business goals.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead all people-related aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, cultural integration, and workforce optimization.
- People Strategy & Alignment: Define and execute a people strategy that directly supports Intigriti’s OKR’s and growth ambitions. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related topics.
- Organizational development: Support structural changes, role clarity and growth paths. Drive succession planning, risk mitigation and management team developments while ensuring legal compliance across regions (BE, US, UK).
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Managing complex employee relations cases, by enabling executive and leadership teams with the right resources and support. Navigate disputes, grievances, disciplinaries, absence, retirement, and redundancy with fairness and compliance.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Design and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that build community, drive retention, and strengthen our unique crowdsourced security culture.
- HR Policy & compliance: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes. Ensure compliance with local legislation and maintain transparent, scalable HR frameworks.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with TA Lead to attract and retain top talent. Oversee hiring plans, remuneration alignment and employer branding initiatives to position Intigriti as an employer of choice.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with People Partners to design career paths and development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and manage L&D budgets.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:Use data-driven insights to inform decisions. Monitor OKRs, create dashboards, and report HR metrics to the CFO for strategic planning.
- People Operations: Cooperate with the People Operations Specialist to oversee payroll, contracts, benefits, and HRIS management. Offer support and guidance to ensure flawless execution of administrative processes and compliance.
- Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage departmental budgets, optimize resources, and oversee HR systems and tools.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as an HR Manager and leading a people team.
- Degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ethical mindset and proven leadership capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application in Belgium and the UK (US and any other countries are a plus).
- Experience in a scaling tech company within an international context.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change.
- Experience in leading People teams through corporate transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger organizational design.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
