In this role, you will lead the delivery of technology and business projects that contribute to improving processes, systems, and ultimately patient care worldwide. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment, ensuring successful and sustainable project outcomes aligned with business priorities.

How you will contribute

• Lead delivery of technology and transformation projects across multiple business areas;
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and successful handover;
• Translate business requirements into structured plans and deliverable solutions;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners;
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure transparent communication;
• Manage budgets, timelines, and governance to ensure successful delivery.

What you bring to Nipro

• Degree in Information Technology or related field;
• 5-10 years experience managing IT and business application projects in complex international environments;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration across functions;
• Experience working with external partners and service providers;
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills

• Certificate in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Waterfall,…;
• Knwoledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2;
• Vendor management experience.
