English National Ballet is seeking a Participation Officer to join our Engagement team. This role provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth delivery of English National Ballet’s learning, participation and community work.
Working with colleagues across the Engagement team, you will support a varied portfolio of programmes, including youth dance, schools’ engagement, career insights initiatives, community projects, London and touring events, digital content, children’s ballet outreach, and classes for children and adults.

Key Selection Criteria
– Experience of providing an administrative service in a busy office environment within a dance, arts or education organisation.
– A keen interest in dance and youth and community engagement.
– Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload in order to manage volume and meet deadlines
– Ability to build positive working relationships with suppliers and other internal and external contacts
– Willingness and ability to work outside core hours and at weekends as required.
