The role

We are looking for a Research Manager who will be able to successfully manage the delivery of studies, begin to support team members and in turn build your own expertise in new areas.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects with some supervision
  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to junior members of project team
  • Efficiently manage personal resources/workloads as well as those across the project teams
  • Support the development of client partnerships at the trusted advisor level
  • Contribute to design innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs

What do I need to bring with me? – 

  • Passion and keen interest in the healthcare sector
  • Experience with quantitative and/ or qualitative researchk
  • Previous experience with pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines highly preferred but we welcome candidates with experience in other fields.
  • Interest in working with a wide range of clients and across diseases
  • Ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their product life cycle (with minimal supervision)
  • Good knowledge of the principles of ad-hoc research techniques
  • Experience across a range of studies covering different business needs
  • Interest in proactively developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through partnership and strong delivery of work
  • Enjoying the challenge of delivering on complex topics and briefs, working to make them engaging with impactful results
