In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and lead complex opportunity pursuits from inception to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Pursuits: Manage sales opportunities of increasing size and complexity, from initial screening through to contract finalization, ensuring alignment with our sales process and “must-have” requirements at every stage;
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling;
Sales Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales data in Connect to Win (CTW), maintaining high standards of data quality;
Account Planning: Lead the Account Management Review process, developing strategic account plans and ensuring proper documentation in CTW, either directly or through coordination with the Sales Coordinator;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate client engagement across various internal sales and operations teams to ensure a unified corporate approach and maximize integrated selling opportunities.
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience;
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;
Solid technical knowledge related to the role;
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under time pressure.
