Social Media Coordinator

Working closely with the Creative Director, the Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in shaping, executing and evolving the digital and social media strategy across the full ELOQUENT ecosystem.

This role will take ownership of turning creative ideas and organisational priorities into impactful digital content that drives visibility, engagement, reputation, and audience growth across all channels. The Social Media Coordinator will translate brand vision into high-quality content, maintain a consistent and distinctive tone of voice, and ensure that our online presence reflects the excellence, creativity and purpose at the heart of ELOQUENT. They will contribute to campaign planning, support the marketing of events, and help build strong digital communities that champion our dancers, programmes, values and mission.

Hours: Approx. 3 days per week / (Mon,Weds,Thurs +Sat) / equivalent to 0.6 FTE
Salary: £26,000 pro-rata
Contract: Permanent (subject to 6-month probation period)
Location: Birmingham, with hybrid working possible
