The Strategy Lead reports to the Head of Strategy in the Global Pharma Strategy organization. This position sits at the crux of the strategic engine of the Pharma Division and is essential in providing strategic thought partnership to Pharma Division leaders, as well as catalyzing and supporting the development of strategies at both the Therapeutic Area and above Therapeutic area levels.

The role requires an on-site presence at our South San Francisco, CA Genentech Campus. Relocation assistance within the US is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $180,800 – $335,800 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Benefits
