We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Team Members to help deliver an unforgettable festival experience from Saturday 17 October to Sunday 25 October 2026. This opportunity offers a chance to be at the heart of a major cultural event, engaging with visitors and ensuring smooth operations across various festival venues in Leicester. If you’re passionate about hospitality, guest services, arts and culture and thrive in lively environments, this is your moment to shine!
We are looking for both Festival Ambassadors and Survey Evaluators to work at various sites both indoor and outdoor based in and around the City Centre of Leicester and Highfields areas.
Shifts of 3.5-6 hours per day are available over 9 days.
All training, refreshments and breaks will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
Flexible availability during the festival dates, including days, evenings and weekends as needed. We will discuss your availability during our initial telephone conversation following submission of your interest to the role
Demonstrated teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Basic organisational skills for managing tasks efficiently under supervision
Be able to work both indoors and outdoors and be on your feet for long periods of time
