The Programme Coordinator plays a key role in executing our Developing Artist Strategy and involves varied work focussed on the smooth running of Sound and Music and our activities. Your core responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Programmes Team to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our Programme, activities and events.
The role works closely with the Chief Executive, three Senior Creative Programme Leaders and two Creative Programme Leaders. You will coordinate key elements of our Developing Artist Strategy, currently In Motion (including Seed Award and Longlist Offer), In the Making, Essentials Fund, alumni commissions, Fair Access and Sampler Mixtape.
Your responsibilities will include providing practical and administrative support for programme activity; coordinating contracts and invoices; keeping budgets accurate and up to date; preparing agendas, event schedules and welcome packs; coordinating selection panels; collecting data and overseeing evaluation processes; and acting as the main point of contact for students, parents and carers on In the Making.
