Are you an experienced technical theatre professional with a passion for education? UCEN Manchester is seeking a Technical Theatre Lecturer specialising in LX to deliver engaging, industry-informed lecturing across our undergraduate performing arts programmes. You’ll play a key role in supporting students specialising in production and technical disciplines, focussing on LX. Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Degree
Current and valid industry specialism
Certificate of education or PGCE
Minimum Level 3 occupational qualification
English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above
Significant Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
Proven track record of high-quality teaching in delivering subject specialism or current valid industry specialism
Working as a team
Verbal and written communication skills
Meet delivery targets and plans
Accurate and timely reports and records
Positive contribution to planning processes
Proven track record of positive student satisfaction
